July Event
For the July Event, I have a few ideas. I'd like to run them by you guys to see what you think and how you'll respond will dictate next month.
So, if we don't choose one of these options I will leave them on the Event Scheduler for later. For now, here are the ideas I have for next month:
Malboro Invasion:
I've been thinking that a Malboro infestation should be pretty nifty to have. There are a lot of characters around from FF and I thought it'd be a fun idea. Characters could get hurt, kill things, go to find the nest of them and work together. Of course, this is only an idea in infant stage, the explored idea would be up to you.
Don't have an Event:
I know that maybe some of you, maybe all want to have a chance to get your characters settled into the setting. We can decide not to have an event for the sake of everyone getting settled in CR wise, and with the setting before throwing another kink in it.
Event to find see Xanthus in the wild:
In the game, I will post as Xanthus if he appears. The likelihood of him appearing is 10% and that percentage comes to mostly how many posts are there. For posts over 100+ comments, he will likely appear in one thread or by himself for people to see. This is the type of event to boost activity in bigger threads. This can ONLY happen in the log community, so keep that in mind.
The kind of events concerning Xanthus are more story/overall plot types. Be aware, if we do this event then there will be threads possibly hijacked by Xanthus' appearance.
Powers Event:
I was thinking of making an event that requires characters to try out their new powers to help the Enkhel from some sort of problem. This can boost CR for characters when they have to involves themselves with a bunch of people they don't know. This is a CR-based event that forces people to work together.
